On Monday 13 June, BBM Service opened the doors of its Lenna (BG) plant to students from technical schools in the province of Bergamo, for the first edition of BBM Career Day.
The event was organized by BBM to invite technical students to get to know BBM and the job opportunities in our company, especially for the figure of the specialized technician.
At 9.00 a.m., students were greeted by BBM staff with a welcome kit; they attended a presentation of our history, numbers and business, as well as an overview of the bottling line supply. After an introduction to the success stories and a special talk by a qualified site manager, the students followed a tour of the showroom among the machines of the line. The event ended with an happy hour.
Why did we want the BBM Career Day? For years, BBM has established several collaborations with technical schools in the Val Brembana area, to help students get to know the world of work through apprenticeship programmes and in-company training courses. The growing need for specialised technical figures pushes us to seek in young people the premises for a path full of learning, and aimed at employment in our company.
