The loose bottle unloading station is essential for conveying loose bottles from the palletizer to the bottling line.

Description

After cutting the protective film, the machine initiates the container depalletization process. Bottles are then transferred onto an evacuation platform where they are organized and prepared for automated transportation to filling systems. The loose bottle discharge station from the depalletizer is designed to efficiently and precisely handle loose bottles coming from the depalletizer, ensuring a continuous and seamless flow along the bottling line.

Thanks to its precise design, the loose bottle unloading station ensures that bottles are correctly and securely positioned on the conveyor belt, avoiding damage or breakage. The discharge head retrieves layers of containers of any shape and size (bottles, jars, cans), subsequently depositing them onto a storage conveyor belt.
