Used and Refurbished Conveyors for Terme di Crodo
In 2017, Royal Unibrew acquired the renowned LemonSoda brand, known for its excellent taste and long history in the Italian citrus sector. This acquisition marked a significant step forward for the brand, bringing production to even more cutting-edge standards. The Terme di Crodo plant, located in the heart of Piedmont, has become a crucial strategic center for Royal Unibrew. Here, the company optimizes and expands its operations in Italy, ensuring efficient and high-quality production to meet market demands.
Ongoing Collaboration with BBM Service
After successfully supplying refurbished machinery and packaging machines, in 2024 BBM was involved in a major engineering project for the PET line. Crodo requested the relocation of some machinery to adapt to a new layout. BBM managed the relocation and commissioning of the bundler, in addition to providing refurbished-used conveyors for the end-of-line packs, totaling about 30 meters. Furthermore, BBM carried out the dismantling and disposal of some machinery slated for decommissioning.
A Turnkey Project, Completed in 3 Weeks
Thanks to the synergistic collaboration with BBM Service, the entire project, including feasibility analysis, conservative relocation of machinery, and the installation and commissioning of conveyors, was completed in just three weeks. This approach ensured a complete and integrated service, supporting Crodo’s continued growth in the beverage market.
