For example, in 2023 BBM installed an 80 kW photovoltaic system, which will allow the production of nearly all the electricity used by the production facility. Thanks to this innovation, BBM estimates a 30% reduction in the energy needs of the production facility and expects an instant self-consumption of over 80%.

We scored highly in this category, thanks to the focus on employee well-being. Among the initiatives carried out, the Gender Equality Certification, obtained in 2024.

Among the main projects, the implementation of the whistleblowing channel and the adoption of a series of measures aimed at formalizing the company’s guidelines on ethics, anti-corruption, and privacy.
