Our practical test on a capper machine
Goal: Identify the origin of reverse insertion of caps. The cap was getting stuck under the taper, causing waste, crooked caps, and uncapped or ruined bottles.
After safely assembling the KIT and starting the registration, we had already identified the defective heads and realized that the cap was slipping due to the worn conets.
Therefore, we replaced the conets, saving the time otherwise spent on checking the remaining parts.
