Modification of shrink-wrapping inlet
The modification was carried out in two phases by BBM staff:
in the first one, the mechanical modifications were done, in order to not damage the sleeve of the new bottle. The modification involved both the conveyor belts and the sides;
in the secon phase, the parameter setting was done, to adjust correctly the flow of bottles and conveyor belts to the machine, in order not to have too much or a lack of pressure.
It can be easily noticed that there is a huge difference in how the belts transporting the bottles move, especially where the two belts go side by side.
