2020 was a year of challenges and satisfactions, thanks to all those who were part of it
The end of the year 2020 is now near, and we would like to take this opportunity to share with you some reflections on the past year.
This year has not been an easy year, none of us would have imagined the arrival of coronavirus and everything it has entailed, both in the work and in the private sphere. Despite all the difficulties, dedication and concentration have never failed. It has been a year of sacrifice, but despair has never prevailed
Today more than ever we want to say a well-deserved “Thank you” to all our employees, for the commitment they put into their work in such a difficult year, thank you for understanding the company and the choices we had to make in recent months, thank you for being part of the BBM family.
The year 2020, despite everything, went very well.
The only area in which we have suffered is service and assistance abroad due to restrictions on the mobilization of our technicians.
Many trips abroad already scheduled since the beginning of the year have been temporarily cancelled or moved due to travel restrictions due to coronavirus.
Compared to last year we see a decrease in turnover of only about 15%, thanks to the fact that the sale of overhauled spare parts and machinery in Italy and abroad remains growing, and that we are continuing to work offering assistance and maintenance services in Italy.
What distinguishes our company is the courage and desire to grow year after year without ever stopping.
We have started the expansion of our plant, 2600 square meters more by autumn 2021.
The new investment will allow to grow further in terms of volumes and customer bases, the goal is to increase the company’s productivity by a further 25% over the next two years, with a consequent increase in the number of its employees.
The new year is already full of challenging and we are ready to take them. BBBM is now an established reality in Italy and abroad. As a goal for next year we want to increase our presence even in markets where for now we have entered only marginally, to increase our firepower.
